Beer & Biltong Matching: London Craft Beer Festival 2018

We wanted to do something special for our first time at London Craft Beer Festival

so with the help of eight participating breweries compiled an ultimate beer and biltong matching guide whereby each brewery paired one of their signature brews with a Woza biltong flavour.

The result was a smashing set of pairings which were a huge hit at the festival and we thought well worth sharing on our blog to provide inspiration for future Woza biltong and beer matching.
